Bridgewater Collision arranges the rental on your behalf, so you do not have to make the call yourself.
Go Rentals Coordinates With the Shop and Your Insurer
Once your repair is scheduled, Go Rentals works directly with our team and your insurance company to set everything up.
Your Rental Is Delivered to the Collision Center
Go Rentals brings the rental vehicle directly to our shop.
You Sign and Inspect at the Shop
You complete the rental agreement and inspect your rental vehicle right here, with no separate trip required.
You Return It Here When Repairs Are Done
When your vehicle is ready, you simply return the rental to the collision center and Go Rentals picks it up, so you never have to visit a rental branch.
Delivered to the Shop, Handled for You
In most cases, your rental is delivered right to the repair facility, unless you request that it be brought somewhere else. Go Rentals also handles direct billing to your insurance company, which means there is no rental-counter paperwork or billing hassle for you to deal with. When appropriate, a like-for-like replacement vehicle is provided, so you have a comparable car to drive while yours is being restored.
